Service Civique allows 16 to 25-year-olds (30 for people with disabilities) to undertake a mission of general interest in various fields: culture and leisure, sport, international development and humanitarian action, European citizenship, education for all, environment, emergency response in case of crisis, memory and citizenship, health, solidarity.

Highlighting your commitment: skills portfolio, volunteer passport…Us skills which you have acquired during a civic service, volunteer work, or an engagement as a volunteer firefighter… can be recognised and validated for your studies. This can take the form of ECTS credits, partial exemption from an internship, or bonus points. Each institution defines its own rules. You must apply to your institution.
